Reviews and Ratings
I found the hotel to be a cozy and warm stay, ideal for cold San Cristobal nights. The rooms, despite some issues like a hard mattress and dodgy wiring, provided a nice atmosphere. The service, while not being the friendliest, offered basic amenities. The location was great, offering easy access to the city center and various dining options. The dining experience was decent but lacked variety. Overall, the facilities were satisfactory.
This hotel is just perfect for my family and me. The rooms are spacious with good water pressure and hot water, making our stay very comfortable. The service is exceptional, with a friendly and accommodating staff, especially the manager. The location couldn't be better, right in the center of San Cristobal with convenient access to the main attractions and dining spots. While the dining options are good, exploring nearby eateries is a must for a complete culinary experience. A remarkable stay overall!
Staying at this hotel was a mix of pleasant and not-so-great experiences. The rooms are cozy and clean, but there's a slight humid smell in the patio area. The courtyard is beautifully decorated with intriguing artwork, yet privacy might be an issue due to neighboring room conversations. The service is accommodating and friendly, but there are some minor disturbances like moving items near our doors and windows. The location is superb, near the Zocalo square and great shopping places, but there are downsides in certain areas like Casa Mexicana and the inner gardens. The dining options are average, with a light meal offering and better alternatives around. Overall, it's a good spot if you value a central location with a quirky charm.
